Itinerary:

• DAY 01: ARRIVAL – BHUBANESWAR

Arrive in Bhubaneswar, the capital city of Odisha, known for its rich history, temples, and culture. Upon arrival, our chauffeur will greet you and transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. After some rest, visit the following places as time permits:
Lingaraj Temple: A stunning example of Kalinga architecture dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Udayagiri & Khandagiri Caves: Ancient rock-cut caves from the 2nd century BCE, offering insight into the region’s history and heritage.
Overnight stay in Bhubaneswar.

• DAY 02: BHUBANESWAR – KONARK – PURI (70 KMS / 2 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Puri. Enroute visit:
Konark Sun Temple: A UNESCO World Heritage site and a masterpiece of Kalinga architecture, known for its intricate carvings and iconic chariot structure.
Continue to Puri. Upon arrival, visit:
Jagannath Temple: One of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites, renowned for its spiritual importance and impressive architecture.
Puri Beach: Relax by the sea or enjoy a stroll along the shoreline.
Check in to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight stay in Puri.

• DAY 03: PURI – CHILIKA LAKE – PURI

After breakfast, revisit:
Jagannath Temple if not visited earlier or for another darshan.
Then proceed to:
Chilika Lake: Asia’s largest brackish water lagoon, known for its scenic views, biodiversity, and as a habitat for migratory birds. Take a boat ride (on direct payment) to spot dolphins and explore the lake’s islands.
Return to Puri. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• DAY 04: PURI – BHUBANESWAR (70 KMS / 2 HRS APPROX.)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive back to Bhubaneswar. Enroute or upon arrival, visit:
Rajarani Temple: Known for its beautiful sculptural carvings and rich architecture.
Nandankanan Zoological Park: A renowned zoo and botanical garden (entry on direct payment), famous for its white tigers and diverse species.
In the evening, explore local markets for souvenirs like Pattachitra paintings and silver filigree work.
Overnight stay in Bhubaneswar.

• DAY 05: BHUBANESWAR – DEPARTURE

After breakfast, depending on your departure schedule, you may visit:
Mukteshwar Temple: A small yet exquisitely carved temple dedicated to Lord Shiva.
Dhauli Peace Pagoda: A Buddhist site associated with Emperor Ashoka’s transformation after the Kalinga War.
Later, proceed to the airport or railway station for your onward journey.
