General Refunds
Refund eligibility is based on airline, hotel, cruise and visa rules. Service fees, payment gateway charges and third-party costs may be non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 15 to 45 working days after we receive the refunded amount from the service provider where applicable.
Non-Refundable Items
Visa fees, certain air tickets, hotel deposits, cruise deposits, event tickets and service charges are typically non-refundable.
Mode of Refund
Refunds are normally issued through the original payment mode wherever possible.
